Google comes up with a picture typographical arrangement of a musical instrument as an illustration of the greatest works of Robert Moog. Moog himself was a true musical innovators will celebrate the 78th anniversary today if still alive.

Robert Arthur "Bob" Moog Moog Music is a founder who was born on May 23, 1934 in New York City. He was an American pioneer of electronic music known as the inventor of the Moog synthesizer.
The innovative design used in many electronics including the Minimoog Model D synthesizer, Minimoog Voyager and Little Phatty. Moog Taurus Bass also in the Pedal, Moog Minitaur, the ios Animoog applications, and Moogerfooger line of effects pedals.

During his lifetime, Moog founded two companies for the manufacture of electronic musical instruments. In 1970, Moog became a Grammy Trustees Award recipient. Moog was diagnosed with glioblastoma multiforme brain tumor on 28 April 2005. Nearly four months later, he died at the age of 71 years in Asheville, North Carolina.
